Great place for a last-minute getaway with the kiddos! The full kitchen was perfect and the resort had plenty to do! Kyle was very responsive and incredibly helpful!

Condo was oceanfront, that’s probably the best thing. Kyle responded quickly to questions, arranged for a non working outlet be fixed within 24 hours. But place was not clean, dirty dishes still in d/w at checkin. Dirty cups in cabinet, food, dirt under furniture, in drawers Coffee table wobbly at the touch. One lamp in LR. Front door opens to bedroom, no natural light in bedroom.

Sorry to hear about this experience, the condo had a perfect 5 star rating prior to this and I was not aware of these housekeeping issues. I also would have liked to have been able to properly check the room but you pushed my housekeeping team and myself all morning for an early check in which I did as a courtesy. Also waited the early check in fee I typically charge. Had I been able to do my walk through I would’ve been able to take care of these items but my housekeepers were rushed to finish. I stated multiple times early check ins are not guarantees. I wish you the best on your future travels.

This is a beautiful condo. It was such an easy stress free check in and out. Walking to the beach and setting up every night in less than 5 minutes with a wagon and a cooler was nice. We didn’t have to ask the owner for much but when we did he responded in minutes and was very friendly. The elevator can get backed up at times but the view makes it worth while. Will book again!

We enjoyed a week long stay at this unit mid May and had a wonderful time. Beautiful and clean condo. Convenient location. Gorgeous views of the ocean and sunrises. Kyle was a great host. Excellent and quick communication. Very responsive! May want to bring the following: -for children, bring small folding stool for them to step on it bathroom. The sink is taller than traditional sink and my daughter had difficult time brushing her teeth and hands during our stay. -bring sound machine for night. Two nights, we heard a lot of noise outside our room with people coming and going. The rest of the week was fine though. -the comforter on the main bed was really thin. I would bring an extra blanket from home for added warmth if needed. -pack extra clothes if longer stay. No washer and dryer in room. There are 2 pay to wash/dry units on ground floor for guests. $2 per load for each machine. Clothes took forever to dry! Overall, great stay and place! Would return :)

Wonderful place! Stayed here for a week vacation with my family & it was amazing. Place was very clean, just like photos provided. Pools were amazing, lots of places to eat, very calm & relaxing place/beach. Enjoyed this stay!!

This was a great experience. The condo was just as the photos showed. Appeared to be recently updated and clean. The view from the balcony was oceanside and gave great views at the ocean and the pool area below. The resort amenities were awesome also. Kyle gave great instructions the morning we were to arrive. We would definitely consider this condo or another of Kyle's condos on future vacations to Myrtle Beach.

The place was very clean and exactly as described. Really enjoyed the location, not tons and tons of people so there was room on the beach to lay out without having to fight for a spot. Restaurant/Bar at the base of the tower which was nice to be able to get a drink or lunch without leaving the beach. Kyle was quick to respond, we will be back.

I came here as a surprise weekend getaway for my birthday with my husband. I cannot say enough nice things! I love the ease of “checking in/checking out, the place is SPOTLESS, exactly as described and the host went above and beyond to provide anything we would’ve needed (snacks, water, sunscreen, q-tips, etc.) I’m a bit of a germ freak and I seldom feel comfortable like i am at home but this place did it for me! It was all in all an amazing stay, the unit is beautiful, and very well kept. Worth mentioning—we saw a few other rooms in the resort as we walked by to find our room…you can tell an obvious difference between this room and others. The new renovation is obvious and was done perfectly! I really loved my stay here!!
