Brews by the Beach Myrtle Beach Brewery Vacation

This has been one of our favourite Airbnb locations that we’ve stayed in. The room was clean, comfortable, and extremely peaceful for a place located in such a convenient area. Just a 10min walk from the beach/boardwalk and to many other restaurants and attractions. My husband and I will definitely be booking this place for future stays.

Very quiet and cozy and a very clean loft. The price for this time of the year was good. Thought the Brewery would have been a great place to have a drink or an appetizer with recommendation from the host. Unfortunately that experience was not good.

Thank you for your feedback, the lofts are a completely separate business and I have no control over the operations or service at the brewery. In addition, I provide detailed instructions and I didn’t mention it when you asked initially but your room number is clearly listed in the address. I was quick to respond with information you had readily available. Safe travels.

This place was absolutely fantastic! Spotless and exactly like the photos, with a super comfy bed that made it hard to leave. The kitchen was fully stocked and ready for cooking, even though we didn’t get the chance to use it. The unit was attached to a brewery however, it was peaceful and perfectly located near great restaurants, shops, and more. We knew ahead of time there was no elevator, but the single flight of stairs was no problem. Kyle was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and full of helpful tips and local recommendations. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Originally, we were going to stay at a hotel but the hotel was a complete disaster and we got lucky and found Kyle’s place. What an amazing find it was meant to be. We felt right at home. We will definitely use him if we ever go back highly recommended you won’t be disappointed.

The space was great! I felt like it was my own little studio apartment. Everything was clean and fresh. I will definitely stay again! Side note: the security deposit is non refundable $40 or a cc hold of $1000. However you do not what it is until you book.

I absolutely loved it here, the location is amazing its so cute on top of a brewery and the inside is so comfy and lofty. It was very worth it and I would stay here a million times again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kyle's suite above the microbrewery. It's a super cool location and very centrally located. The suite itself is a loft style, thus very spacious & "cool". It had all of the amenities I required and also provided super fast Internet! I really enjoyed my stay here.

Very nice place and you can’t beat the location. You are literally in the middle of everything but the location is private and quiet. Great place for a couple to retreat. You can park and walk to everything. There’s a brewery with a variety of libations and food as well as a wine tasting room downstairs.

Kyle was a wonderful host and we loved the loft above the brewery, it was surprisingly quiet despite the busy location and the location was very very nice. Beautiful little room and we enjoyed our stay.

I booked this spot for the Memorial Day weekend, and it was perfect. The bed was extremely soft, comfortable, and clean. I love that you can walk from here to the beach and boardwalk in 5 minutes as other reviewers have noted. The only minor hiccup I had was when I first drove to the place. The GPS address will take you to the brewery as stated but I couldn’t figure out where to park initially. I think the best results for that would be to input the address for the adjacent parking lot instead. That will get you near the entrance to the lofts. If I ever come back to Myrtle Beach, I will choose this place again!

Kyle’s Place at the Brewer’s Lofts was our home away from home during a week-long stay in Myrtle Beach. There is ample free parking in a well-lit lot behind the units, access to the units is secure and they are quiet. The room is as advertised with a small functional kitchen (we cooked 3 dinners) and room to relax. The brewery below has a very friendly staff and closes no later than 9:00. It’s a great place to chill with one of their numerous brews and grab a bite to eat either indoors or outside in the park. Around the corner is a wine tasting room that serves some of the best light fare I’ve ever had with some great wine selections. Highly recommend it if you are a wine lover. The beach and boardwalk are a 2-block walk away. Many other attractions are just a short walk or drive away. The Brewer’s Lofts is a unique experience for anyone wanting to stay in the downtown area of Myrtle Beach. Kyle was a super host and responded promptly to inquiries. Would definitely return.

Great place very close to the beach. Easily walkable! Beautiful apartment and stylish. Rented on spring break and it's 100% worth every penny. 5 minute walk to the beach and the boardwalk! 10/10 would stay again😎😎😎👏👏👏

Had a great stay at the Grand Stand brewery lofts. The loft was open and spacious. The brewery downstairs didn’t disappoint either! You are In close proximity to the boardwalk and beaches. Overall a great place to stay if you are looking for something different than your overcrowded condos!

As others have mentioned the elevator wasn't working so it really should say that in the listing. Otherwise the location was great and the unit was nice and spacious and exactly as described and pictured. Place was very clean and the host was quick to respond to my questions. The walls are a bit thin but wasn't as much of a problem for me as I thought it would be. I would stay here again.

This was the perfect location for CCMF! We lucked out and got it last minute and Kyle was super responsive to everything the whole time. The apartment was incredibly nice and we can’t wait to stay again! The only thing I could see would be a down side to some may be like others have said, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything but it didn’t bother us at all.

This is a great place in a great location. It's a very modern space that is well appointed. It was also super clean. Having the loft above a brewery was not an issue. It was very quiet at night. They brewery downstairs has great beers, food and a fun atmosphere. This spot is close to attractions, the beach, restaurants etc. Access to the loft was easy. We had well lit private parking. The only suggestion I have is this space could use a few more pans, specifically frying pans. Otherwise, this place is fantastic. I would definitely stay here again. The host was also excellent and very responsive and flexible.

Everything was outstanding…great accommodations, great location, great restaurants and bars within walking distance…Kyle was a phenomenal host…he was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay…if our baseball teams will ever be in Myrtle, we will 100% stay again.

This place is great! Just like the pics and has every amenity! In the middle of lots of the action yet you feel private when you're in your loft....Spacious with a full kitchen! I had trouble getting my place and Kyle was quick to respond and friendly...btw, the trouble getting in was completely my fault not his yet he was patient and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!!

The loft is so pretty!!! Looks just like the pictures. Comfy bed + dark curtains = best sleep ever. It was clean with plenty of towels, dishes, etc. I stayed here for 3 weeks so it was great having a washer/dryer! You can hear your neighbors through the walls but I sleep with a noise app and it was enough to block them out.

Fantastic location within walking distance to all of the best Myrtle Beach attractions. Property manger was prompt and very helpful in communications. The special touches of coffee k-cups, travel toiletries, and a stocked kitchen are only a few of the intentional "extras" this home away from home offered. Don't over think it, click book today!
