We had a wonderful stay! The condo’s lower-floor location made access to the beach and hot pool extremely convenient. Our kids absolutely loved the condo and spending time at the beach. We would happily come back again next summer, definitely worth the price.

The room was beautifully renovated and very clean. Everything looked exactly like the photos, or even better in person. Check-in was simple, and the host communicated clearly and quickly, which made the whole stay very easy and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, updated, and comfortable stay!

We enjoyed our trip to Myrtle Beach staying at Kyle’s place. It had everything we needed and offered a great ocean view. We will definitely stay again anytime we return to Myrtle Beach.

What a great vacation! Kyle's place was exactly as pictured. Easy to find, easy check in & instructions. Amenities were great! Elevators were fast, hot water, washer,dryer, wifi, pool, hot tubs, lazy river, balcony, beach, & free parking...honestly couldn't have asked for a better location or vacation! Bring extra shampoo, conditioner, body wash, handsoap & dishwasher pods if thats your thing. Beds were comfy, and clean! We wish we could've stayed longer! Would stay here again, in a heartbeat!

It was suppose to a non smoking facility but there was lots of smoking. Sometimes we could not even sit on the balcony. This place was updated like the picture but there are several things that I let the owner know about. The dishwasher was not secured so we almost lost a whole rack of dishes. I was disappointed that the fitness center was closed because that was one of the reasons I booked this place. We made the best of our 2 weeks there.

The place was perfect! Just other guests were the problem, smoking in the balconies and not just cigarettes (marihuana) is hard to stand the smell plus not family friendly in my opinion, pool area was ok, but the beach was perfect. Is about 15min walk to the boardwalk, and we highly recommend Villa Romana Italian Restaurant also about 10-15 min walk, and 7th Ave. Cafe for breakfast. Overall was good, only complaint is other guests. Thank you we had a relaxing time overall.

Condo was clean and nicely updated. The view was great and has close proximity to the pier. The condo complex itself was a little dirty.

We stayed at Kyle’s place for our girls trip this year and we absolutely loved it. It looked exactly like the pictures, it was extremely clean and we felt very safe with the key pad entry both to the room and to the hotel. We had the opportunity for an early check in too, which allowed us to enjoy an additional afternoon at the beach. You can see the pier from the balcony, and they do a firework show every Wednesday night. Kyle was extremely responsive and answered any questions we had almost immediately. The walk from the condo to the sand took less than 5 minutes, and there was a great little tiki bar only about a block down the beach. Overall, amazing trip. We will definitely be back.

Kyle was wonderful !!The condo Is Beautiful had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, beds were comfy would definitely stay again. The building and amenities were also very nice. Only a few steps to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Our first impression upon first seeing the room was how beautiful, clean and nice it looked! All amenities you can think of were available right at the tips of your fingers. It felt like home! The location was perfect and the view of the ocean from the balcony was truly amazing! I also like how affordable he made it. I can't express enough how great it was and Kyle was very nice and informative throughout the whole trip. I definitely recommend and if I find myself in Myrtle Beach again, I'll be sure to stay in the same place. Thank you, Kyle!
