Kyle’s place was just as described and he was wonderful to deal with. I love the top floor ocean view. Plenty of restaurants close by, some even walking distance. Love the indoor hot tub at the place. The fireplace was nice in the bedroom for relaxing ambience. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend Kyle’s place.

Cute place!! Kyle has added so many cute touches like games, comfy furniture, wallpapers, snacks, variety of soaps and many other amenities. Kitchen is well stocked and I got to use the full sized stove and oven. The view is absolutely stunning. The building is a bit older, and there were some challenges but Kyle was extremely responsive and helped make the fixes even at 11 pm. I would recommend - it's not super luxury, but it's a great deal for what you get and full kitchen and fireplace and view were all stunning features.

We came for a getaway for the weekend for my dad’s birthday and it ended up being amazing. I would definitely book this place again. The instructions were clear. Kyle was a true professional and easy to work with. I addressed a couple of issues when I first got there and he responded in about 10 mins. Turned out not to be an issue at all. I would definitely do business with him again and would advise anyone contemplating a vacation to Myrtle Beach to do the same. Really enjoyed the place. It felt like home.

my fiance and I had been the exact same week two years prior to this, absolutely loved it and once again it did not disappoint. The view from the porch is incredible, beautiful beach! The place was clean, the bed is extremely comfortable, living room is cute, though we never really used it. The kitchen is convenient, stocked with the basic utensils. The area is very walkable, plenty of bars, restaurant, and attractions close by. The pools, lazy river, and hot tubs are great but much like the rest of the hotel are a bit dated. That would literally be the one tiny criticism and isn't on the host. The host was very responsive, made it easy to get in and out. All and all, fantastic place to stay, and we will probably be back to stay for a third time next September!

Would absolutely stay again. The bed being right next to the balcony was the special touch we were looking for. While we did occasionally smell cigarettes/weed from neighbors, their volumes were not too bad. Closing the balcony door solved all this too. Bed was super cozy and the fire place was a really nice extra. Easily accessible to the Myrtle Beach area. Easy to park, come and go, and a very walkable area. Beach/Pool amenities were perfect.

I can’t say enough good about our stay! The location was excellent-so many great places to walk to. The condo is very comfortable and like many have also commented, the bed was very, very comfortable!! It was a perfect place for a get away for one or two people! Im already trying to figure out when we can go again!!

We booked the place last minute Sunday night for 2 nights, checking in Monday afternoon. The room rate in itself was not too bad but were were charged $120 for a cleaning fee when the room was dusty all over the place. On top of that, in order to check in you had to use an external website called “happy guest”. Which is new to me as I’ve never gone through an outside website when checking in through Airbnb. On top of the $360 we paid for 2 nights we had to either put down a credit card for incidentals for a non refundable $40 or authorize $1000 that would be refunded a week after check out. At this point we honestly didn’t want to spend even more money on this place but the stay itself was non refundable as well so we decided to go ahead and check in. I’ve never booked through Airbnb and had an additional charge after paying fully for the stay. Pictures are oudated and so are the pots, plates and cups. Wouldn’t stay here again but the location was convenient.

The place was just as described online. The view was amazing. We had a rough first evening with the neighbors being loud and out of control. They were so loud until we could not enjoy our evening. I texted Kyle; he responded ASAP and the noise stopped. The next day they were gone. Other than that everything was fine.

Great location & views. Enjoyed the peace on this side of the strip but it’s still close enough to the action. We experienced a minor issue with towels; informed the host and they sent someone out to rectify in a timely manner. My only suggestion for improvement is a full length mirror. Otherwise, great location, check in was easy, parking on site, host was easy to reach, and multiple restaurants nearby.

This was a beautiful condo with a great view. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops. When we arrived I was not satisfied with the linens on the bed. I messaged Kyle and within an hour the housekeeper came back and put new sheets on for us! We had a great experience for our anniversary. I would recommend this condo to others!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Kyles penthouse. The location is great and we loved walking to the strip and all of the amazing food that surrounds the hotel. Beautiful views from the TOP floor! I recently stayed at this wonderful unit in Myrtle Beach, and everything exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic, with easy access to everything the area has to offer, and the view was absolutely perfect—waking up to the ocean every morning was a dream. However, the real standout of this stay was the host. I've been using Airbnb for years, and I can honestly say this was one of the best hosting experiences I've ever had. The host was attentive, communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless. Highly recommend this place!

AMAZING! first off it was the perfect place to stay! Just like pictures, amazing penthouse experience! It was so cool staying at the TOP floor! AWESOME ocean view, and we seen sharks and dolphins from our balcony every morning! It was amazing! We had such a wonderful stay and already can’t wait to come back. The penthouse was beautiful, clean, quiet, and had the most perfect view of the beach. While we were there, we were able to use the amenities like the gym, laundry, multiple pools, and hot tubs. It was super walkable and close to a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and attractions, as well as a short drive to Broadway at the Beach and a variety of other activities. Kyle had a notebook right when you check in that had everything you needed to know about the condo and amenities. He was very responsive and helpful from booking to checking out. He also provided water bottles, snacks, beach towels, and a boogie board for the beach! It was the perfect stay!

My girlfriend and I wanted a beach trip together and Kyle’s place on Myrtle beach was awesome. Such a great spot to just walk out onto the beach to spend the day and right back to the air bnb. So enjoyable, mainly everything in walking distance or a very short Uber ride for fun activities. We plan to come back and would love to stay in this same place again! Cheers.

This was the 2nd condo we've gotten from Kyle. The first one was nice and we specifically looked for another that he has and this one was very nice also. He communicates almost immediately on any questions we had and everything was pretty much as described. Would definitely use him again in the future.

The space was amazing. Many outlets around the condo. Comfortable bed and living room. Great shower head and water stayed hot for a long time. Breathtaking view. We had an extended stay so it was a relief having enough cookware to prepare meals. Walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment for the nights we didn’t cook. The very large TV’s are upgraded and easy to use. This place was beautiful and we will come again.
