This was the 2nd condo we've gotten from Kyle. The first one was nice and we specifically looked for another that he has and this one was very nice also. He communicates almost immediately on any questions we had and everything was pretty much as described. Would definitely use him again in the future.

We came to Myrtle Beach for the 2024 CCMF and stayed at Kyle’s Pent house. Everything was very clean and just as pictures described. Beautiful view, and easy walk to restaurants and many activities. Hopefully we can stay here next year for 2025 festival. Thank you

We stayed here for our first beach trip as a family of four and it was a very beautiful and peaceful spot, with tons of family friendly stuff nearby! Will definitely be coming back!

This was the best place I've ever stayed at in Myrtle Beach. Very clean, very easy check in. Any question I had Kyle would respond almost immediately.

The space was amazing. Many outlets around the condo. Comfortable bed and living room. Great shower head and water stayed hot for a long time. Breathtaking view. We had an extended stay so it was a relief having enough cookware to prepare meals. Walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment for the nights we didn’t cook. The very large TV’s are upgraded and easy to use. This place was beautiful and we will come again.

Kyle was very responsive and quick to reply to us. The condo had snacks and waters waiting for us with great instructions on how to get there and check in! We had a great stay and it was the perfect location especially for exploring Myrtle Beach.
