Litchfield 1BR Getaway at Seaside Inn

Kyle was a great host and his place was just as described! He was responsive and very helpful to questions we asked and the amenities provided covered everything needed for our time there. It’s centrally located to everything from Pawleys Island to Murrells Inlet. My husband and I enjoyed our long holiday weekend getaway and will definitely look into staying here again if we are in the area.

The place was nice if you like that area. It is in a very large complex. The pool area is very nice and lots of fun things for kids to play on. You are very close to the Marsh Walk with excellent restaurants. You need to read ALL the fine print. There are added/hidden fee's. That was disappointing. Temporary $500 security hold (my word against the cleaners) or a smaller non refundable damage coverage fee? Never had to do that before.

The security hold or optional damage waiver is a standard practice in the vacation rental industry, designed to protect both the property and guests. Guests are given the choice between a refundable hold or a non-refundable damage waiver, and this is clearly stated prior to confirming any reservation in 2 different areas in the listing descriptions. We understand this may have come as a surprise if you’re not used to that process, but it’s not a hidden fee—it’s simply part of how we ensure a safe and respectful experience for everyone. Kyle was a great host. The folks that live here were very friendly and I even played a round of golf with one of them. By far the best feature here is the staff at the bar next to the lazy river. Over the top service, gave us great recommendations on hot spots. Highly recommend!
