Oceanfront 1BR Newly Renovated Sandy Beach Escape

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was clean, attractively furnished, and had a beautiful ocean view. We would stay here again.

Beautiful condo and amazing view! I was so impressed by the furniture in this airbnb, it’s really beautifully furnished and perfectly functional! Only complaint is that it isn’t stocked like an airbnb normally is, more like a hotel (which is mostly fine besides causing some problems when using the kitchen). I wish I had brought a blanket, as the only blankets available are hotel style and not very warm. Here are some kitchen utensils that we hadn’t brought and would like to have had (we only cooked twice) Strainer Peeler Can opener Mixing bowl Pot holders All in all though, a great stay!

My cousin and I stayed at Kyle’s place for our 1st annual cousin trip. Everything he described is exactly what you get! We were not disappointed at all. Kyle communicated in a timely fashion. The place was pristine, quiet and located near everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. We found gem and now we have our location for next year. Thank you Kyle! We appreciate you! \nOlivia

The place was very nice, clean and comfortable. The only thing I would point out is the WiFi offered is public. For those of us who have to work remotely, it would be good to know ahead of time if the WiFi is public as that could change things. I ended up using a personal hotspot so it worked out fine.

Beautiful ocean view from the 10th floor, plus everything is brand new and spotless. Definitely enjoyed my stay.

Everything about the condo was above our expectations. Easy to book, easy to check in, great location, and had everything we needed for our stay. Parking is right across the street and the pool/hot tub areas were well maintained. I’d definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Kyle’s place! The unit was spotless and exactly as pictured. The ocean view from the balcony was absolutely stunning—perfect for relaxing mornings or evening sunsets. While we didn’t get a chance to use the amenities, they looked well-maintained and inviting. Parking was conveniently located right across the street, and the overall location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk to restaurants, an amusement park, and other attractions. Check-in was a breeze—we were able to go straight to our room with no hassle. Kyle was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be booking this place again whenever we visit Myrtle Beach!
