Thank you for the feedback however the resort provides fiber optic cable WiFi with great download/upload speeds. \n\nWe also had an AC company come out to inspect our system after getting this feedback and no issues were found and it’s working properly. Please communicate with your hosts on future stays.

Great stay! Loved having a full kitchen and all the necessities! The bed was an awesome deep sleep! Very clean space! Had to message Kyle once and he responded within minutes! Would definitely return!

I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly accommodating, even on short notice, and made the check-in process seamless. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

Kyle unit was very nice and clean. The description was as mentioned. The only downside was the small balcony but it was nothing that the view didn't make up for. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again.

The place was perfect! Spent a couple of days here to just to relax and be by the beach and it was amazing. The apartment had everything you needed with beautiful views. There were lots of amenities and is located in a perfect spot. Kyle was very helpful and answered all the questions that I had. I will definitely be coming back and staying here again in the future! I highly recommend this apartment for couples as it is a perfect getaway.

Kyle’s condo was great, was exactly what we were looking for. The place was clean and made you feel right at home. Kyle was also friendly and very accommodating. Would recommend any of Kyle’s places!

She was very rude and her style of communication was inappropriate. Prior to making a reservation, she offered 20% discount for 7 nights stay, but she declined it when I made the reservation. This is what she said: ? Do I need to message support to have you checkout of my condo? Also, the place is totally different than the advertised pictures. All kitchen appliances, dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and etc are in very poor condition. No supplies were provided during our stay. I do not recommend this place and this host to any one!

You gave a fellow host problems about your special request in regards to cleaning supplies. I then accommodated you and you clearly saw the price when booking so why would Airbnb display a false price and have you not pay what was shown. Very disrespectful guest and argumentative, would not recommend to other hosts. Not sure how they got so many good reviews, the other host will be leaving a review as well on their experience.

Condo had everything we needed. Lots of luggage carts to haul your suitcases and bags up the elevator to our unit. liked standing out on the balcony to check the weather and see the ocean! Bed was super comfortable.

Overall, the place was alright. Arriving to the building structure was confusing with the parking situation, as well as locating the correct elevator to use. Inside the apartment there were visible stains on the dining table, which looked like stains from a drink. The bathroom was somewhat clean, but the shower curtain had visible stains/dirt on the side, and there seemed to be some sort of black stains on the bathroom ceiling. The host was communicative at first, but did not follow through with responding to a question I had while staying at the place.

Thank you for letting me know about the housekeeping issues so they can be addressed although my other reviews for the property have been excellent. Late checkouts were not available on your checkout day and was stated I would reach back out if I was able to accommodate it.

Really beautiful place, the view was beautiful, had a little pizza joint right at the bottom of the hotel, not more then a 5 min. Drive to soooooo many amazing places. Super clean, and the Jacuzzi bathtub was just amazing. Would def. Stay here again!

We had a blast! Kyle provided nice touches like paper towels, dish soap and other items. Did not turn on a burner or the stove the entire time as everything fun & food related was nearby. Big Thanks Kyle.

It was a beautiful condo right on the beach. The kitchen has most of the necessities you would need to cook as far as pots, pans, toaster, and blender. The dishwasher was useful since you have to wash the dishes before you checkout. It also has a washer and dryer which was convient especially with kids and I didn’t have to come back from vacation with dirty clothes. It does have a parking lot directly across from the building. The primary bedroom does have a primary bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. It also has a balcony that you can access from the primary bedroom and the living room.

Beautiful condo! As soon as I walked in I was amazed on how beautiful and comfortable it was. All 3 bedrooms visually appealing and comfortable. A jacuzzi tub in one bathroom and a walk in shower with multiple shower heads. Great view of the ocean.

Nice getaway for a couple. Resort high speed elevators were a plus! Great view on the balcony, however we’re shortened with odor of vaping/ smoking nearby during our stay. Thin hallway walls are “thin”. We were very annoyed with loud neighbors returning to their rooms at various times until 1 am. Bed was very comfortable.

The vents need dusting the large one in the hall is really dirty, all pots and utensils need to be replaced, the chairs on the balcony are too large for that small space, stove light is out.

We enjoyed are stay here. Weather was great and there was plenty of shopping and places to eat nearby. Golf cart rentals were a few blocks away. Room was clean and cozy. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. The balcony was a bit small but no big deal we like to take our beach chairs down on the beach in the evening to relax and enjoy the waves. Fireworks were beautiful on the beach!
