Patricia Grand Resort 1802 Ocean Views with pools

One of the favorite places I’ve stayed recently while traveling for work. Would for sure stay here again!

Place was nice looks just like pictures. Like it had a restaurant and bar on property. Also, it had a Starbucks onsite as well. Nice pool area and relaxing hammocks with ocean view. The only thing that needs correcting about the unit is light fixture in bathroom. The light on the ceiling needs to be cleaned. Other than that I would definitely book this unit again. I enjoyed my stay and the view's we're great!

The unit looked like the pictures. Arrival instructions were clear and self check-in was a breeze. Kyle was quick to respond to a few questions I had. I had an enjoyable relaxing stay.

Enjoyed the area didn’t have to much to do where we was at but I love the quietness and watching the beach didn’t like the area at all where the dogs was at but I will used Patricia Grand again

Kyle was very accurate in description and very responsive to messages. He was great to work with, location was great and felt safe. People that worked in building were very polite. Room was on 18th floor, very good view. However, do plan on waiting on elevators, lots of people and a few were very slow. Can't blame host for that though. He was remarkable to work with.

My Birthday weekend was one that was filled with great memories and fun! We had a wonderful time staying at Kyle’s place! He was a great host who was responsive and accommodating! His place was well kept and beautiful! We felt like we were in an ocean paradise everyday with the picturesque views!We will definitely be staying there again in the future!

I had a great stay at Kyle‘s beautiful beachside condo. The views from the balcony were amazing and I enjoyed spending time out there every day. I was steps to the beach and enjoyed taking long walks along the shore every day. I would definitely come back here again. The layout of the apartment gives amazing views from 3 different sets of windows/doors. I miss it already!

As we ran into a very small problem while checking into our first air bnb hosted by Kyle, he made it his business to fix the issue as well as offered us a better option as we settled in to get comfortable. Very clean, very satisfying, and very much on time!! Anytime I would reach out Kyle’s response time was very efficient. Kyle, thanks for making our stay feel like home :)

I really enjoyed my stay at Kyles place. High floor with great views!! The location Was really good. Lots to do and very convenient . The unit itself was very nice and really clean. There were some stains on the couch cushions which I was surprised because the unit Was otherwise spotless. The bed was large and comfortable and the bedding was very clean. Bathroom was clean and was stocked with the basic toiletries. The only issue (Not huge) was with the shower. There were these jets of blazing hot water that would occasionally blast out but that appears to be perhaps a building issue. I stayed by myself so I can't speak on having a bunch of people there but it's perfect for a couple or even a solo traveler such as myself. Everything I needed was provided for so I didn't need to really communicate with Kyle but the check in process, building access, parking, check out were all seamless. I very much enjoyed my stay and certainly would stay at Kyles place again! Great time!!

A few negatives in the previous reviews about dog issues we did not experience. The condo was bright and had attractive decor. The upholstered furniture was in need of a steam cleaning though. Great ocean and skyline views from the 18th floor.

We loved every second of our stay at Kyle’s absolutely GORGEOUS condo! It is even better in real life than it looks in the photos, and being able to see both the sunrise and the sunset from there is just amazing. As the sun is going down, the condo fills with that stunning “golden hour” light 🧡 The condo was everything we wanted and more, it was clean, comfortable, with all the little homely touches thought of. As for Kyle, he was a super responsive host, what a nice, friendly and helpful guy. Thank you so much Kyle for your hospitality, we will most definitely be back! ☺️☺️☺️

WOW WOW WOW beautiful view from Kyles place. Very nice inside as well. Would we stay again? NO! Only because the facility itself (not Kyle’s apt) allow dogs! We couldn’t relax with the doors open and let fresh ocean breeze in because of all the dogs barking! It sounded like a dog kennel! You would get in the elevator and dogs have puked or peed in the elevator & then have to smell that smell! It’s like it gets stuck in your nose hairs! Again, Kyle’s condo does not allow animals thank goodness but you have dogs all around the facility (outside, hallways, by the pool, elevators, parking lot) and bark all times the night! We are dog lovers don’t get me wrong but there is an extent to the nastiness!!

100% AMAZING view!!! Kyle is very responsive. Very relaxing place to stay. Few things to note for travelers… -2out of 4 of the beach chairs are broken -beach umbrella is broken - 1 fork in the whole place -rug in main room reeks of urine(we folded it up and put in closet) -couch is very worn out/full of stains/ripped -zero beach/pool towels(hotel WILL NOT give you pool towels because it is a private unit) -pool bar is only open 3 days a week -restaurant in hotel is only open certain hrs, BUT eat anywhere else(VERY BAD FOOD) OVERALL we enjoyed our stay at Kyle’s place. -

Thank you leaving this review and where improvements can be made. The offseason is a good time to repair and shape up from the busy summer season. Sorry to hear things were not up to your standard for the stay. I actually don’t supply beach chairs and any beach gear are left behind from previous guests as a courtesy. Will begin checking these items to see if any are broken but again isn’t something I actually supply or list as an amenity. I can’t speak for the resort itself as I only manage the room, anything regarding the resort could be directed on the resort’s review page. Glad to hear overall you enjoyed the stay and I value the feedback to improve the condo. Safe travels!

First ever time using Airbnb, room was clean, perfect view with great privacy, beach right outside the place with multiple pools,. If you’re thinking of booking this place i definitely recommend it, will definitely be booking it again in the future

We came to this condo as an alternative stay because our 1st booking in Myrtle Beach was a disaster. Kyle's place was absolutely amazing and the views were beautiful. The resort was fun and had lots of things to do. The beach was amazing and a very short walk through the resort. Plenty of pools and a Tiki bar. The kitchen was a full kitchen with all the tools you need to make an amazing meal. The bed was comfortable and the sheets are professionally cleaned. I can't say enough how wonderful the place is. Kyle even had little touches in the condo to make you feel at home. Perfect place and location. The place was away from the main strip but close enough to walk everywhere. Highly recommend this place. We will be back!

Booked this Airbnb last minute due to our other Airbnb cancelling 30 mins before check in (we drove 15hrs). Airbnb support helped us a ton and Kyle was very communicative and allowed us to stay there on such short notice. He had everything we needed and responded quickly to our messages. I would definitely book here again and would recommend him to everyone.

Pros - Right on the beach, the balcony was very private, huge and had a great view of both the beach and the rest of the MB area. It is on the side of the building, but it is still great. Plenty of room and great hangout areas. Plenty of beach gear. Easy to find, plenty to do. If you want to be in the middle of things stay here. Cons - It is high up (which is great) but the elevator takes a long time, so be prepared. There was a lot of wear and tear in the room itself. A couch cushion had the cover torn off and was hidden by pillows, the rugs are worn and tattered and sandy. The bed is a spring bed with maybe a pad over it. Very uncomfortable to us, but we know some people prefer that. When we walked in there were some immediate unclean spots that jumped out at us which made us uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. I think that is on the cleaning crew and not the owner. Bring your own forks, there was only one.

Our stay was everything we could have imagined. Bedroom and living space have great views of the ocean as well as the rest of Myrtle beach. We enjoyed waking up to the sunrise on the water. The place was clean and quiet. Kyle is an amazing host! Thank you for having us!!

Bed was hard- not really oceanfront as advertised. Best view was of the hotel next door. Host was great when we extended our stay. One of the elevators wasn’t working so long waiting. Was very clean and staff was friendly. Did not enjoy the DJ at the pool on the weekend- too loud. Enjoyed having a restaurant on site and food was good.
