The condo was very clean. the view was side view, but we could see the ocean very well. We loved hearing the waves coming in. It was very well supplied with necessities. We went the next day and got additional pods for dishwasher and washer. We had a 2 week stay so we needed more. Checking in was a breeze and so was departure. We contacted Kyle once and he responded within a few minutes. The pool were heated and appeared well cared for. This was our 1st time using Airbnb site and now we wouldn't use anything else.

We had a wonderful stay. In a very walkable area- right by nightlife just like we wanted 🥰 Also within walking distance to a pier which we fished off of daily! Thank you kyle!

This place is great for a family wanting to be close to the beach. Honestly, mostly no complaints, but I do think some care could be taken for the place. The walls have questionable stains, the tables as well. The sheets feel like they’ve been washed with 10 gallons of bleach. The bed was so hard, I ended up trading my daughter and slept on the couch. Lighting is sparse and the unit gets pretty dark when the sun goes down. But the place is functional, the beach is close, and it saved our vacation.

I booked this place super last minute when my first rental canceled on me. It was great! The check in/out process was easy and the pool/hot tub area was great. The place was clean and looked like the photos. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was amazing kitchen was clean bathroom/ jet tub was perfect only thing we had a problem with was how dirty the walls and floors were after we did some cleaning are selfs was a great all around time view from the balcony was great!

We just returned from Myrtle Beach. We enjoyed our stay at the condo and we loved the view. The only complaint I have is the sofa in the living room, it really needs a topper because it’s very uncomfortable to sleep on and also the carpet in the living rooms needs a good wash and the sofas as well. Everything else was perfect, washroom cleaned , kitchen cleaned, bed sheets cleaned. towels cleaned. Kyle very responsive. We only had to contact him once and he solved the issue right away. For sure will stay again if we are planning to visit Myrtle Beach again.

Kyle was always available to ask a question. The condo was great with easy access to pool and beach. We could see the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony! Comfy place to stay and the amenities were perfect. Coffee on the balcony in the morning great way to start the day!

I was very happy that we were able to stay at our favorite hotel through Airbnb and the host. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, The kitchen was perfect, and the bathroom was very roomy. It was a bit on the small side, but the Room was everything we needed for our stay. I wish it had a bigger balcony, but being on a higher floor, we didn’t use it much. The host was super friendly, responsive, and answered all of my questions and allow us an earlier check-in. I would gladly stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. This was a great location especially if you enjoy looking for shells like I do; nice shell spot just a short walk down the beach in the direction away from the boardwalk. Locals spoke highly of that spot. We didn’t realize this room was on the 17th floor. Not necessarily a bad thing; we had a great view but took a little getting used to when standing on balcony being so high up. Balcony was a little small but the view totally makes up for it. Elevators are assessable and never too long a wait. Condo was smaller than we expected; still comfortable though. Kitchenwares were handy for cooking though the kitchen is small. Fine for short stay and simple meals. The light over the dining room table needs to be fixed it flashes. Great communication with Kyle he is an excellent host. I always received prompt responses to questions. Will definitely book with him again. Thanks!!

We enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach very much - this was our first visit to the area - we rented bikes and biked all over town - loved the boardwalk area. Beach weather was great! loved the view from our room.

There are a few things that could have been better. The view of the ocean was minimum since there are no windows except the 1 door wall on the side of the building. The balcony was very small. The kitchen didn't have oven mitts and a few other things that I thought should be standard. But the owner said he would look into the things that I mentioned to him.

overall the stay was great! the photos are an accurate description. the view is amazing. I wasn’t expecting to be provided dish soap and laundry detergent but it is provided. My boyfriend and I stayed here for a little getaway vacation and enjoyed the unit a lot. The jacuzzi tub is also amazing!! Only two downsides to the unit is the walls are very thin so you can hear conversations in the hallway and doors shutting. Also, the area isn’t great surrounding it. there aren’t many restaurants that are walkable, but it wasn’t an issue for us since we had a car. It is however convenient that there’s a market across the street. Overall very pleased with the unit and our stay!

Kyle’s home was absolutely beautiful, it was very cozy. Only down side is the amount of space on the balcony and the television selection. Luckily I’m a spectrum customer so I was able to sign in and watch my shows. I’m a couch potato on Saturday’s no matter where I am, lol. But the scenery, the sound of the ocean, the comfort of this place was absolutely beautiful. There’s plenty of pools for you and your little one if you have one. I will definitely book with Kyle again, we loved it!!

Kyle came to the rescue in a timely manner after a not so pleasant stay with another AIRBNB host. I could honestly go own and own about Kyle’s five star unit. The bed was absolutely comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with modern appliances. The decor was absolutely gorgeous with an amazing view. The unit is exactly as pictured, if not better . You definitely can’t go wrong with booking your next beach trip with Kyle. The unit is super clean with decorative towel art work in the kitchen and bathroom. Kyle expedited our check in process and made sure that everything was clean and immaculate for our stay.

Super host (very responsive and accommodating). This was our first experience with renting a VRBO, and this was an excellent choice. Place exactly as described and within walking distance to local attractions. We will be renting again.

This is a great place to stay. Comfortsble bed and extremely clean. I would suggest more cooking items in kitchen. Also we couldnt use light over table because it wouldn't stop blinking off and on. Overall good location and would visit again.
