Kyle was a great host. Great abnb to stay in. Close enough to walk to the beach but still get some steps in. Great surrounding area; close to Broadway. Kyle was very responsive and patient with any questions and concerns. Definitely recommend!

Great place! The convenience of location was amazing for walking everywhere, parking was easy and felt safe for our car. It was extremely cozy and comfortable to have downtime at, and very clean. A really nice spot for our trip! comfortable bed and couch, clean large fridge, single use toiletries/laundry soap/dish soap was so nice to have!

Loved the location. Lots to do and the workers at the brewery down stairs are super friendly. Kyle is a great host and communicated well. Dedicated workspace was great but not ideal for sitting long hours (7-8 hour work days)

Great location right above the brewery! The beer and ciders were amazing. We had to book Kyle’s place last minute and he was very accommodating and responded so quickly.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was an amazing trip. The BnB was spacious and I loved the amenities, especially the washer/dryer. The only thing was there wasn't a whole lot of bathroom storage, but we made by just fine. Other than that we had an amazing experience and Kyle was very helpful with any questions we had.

This is probably the best place I’ve ever stayed! Our room was so cozy and clean, it felt like home. It’s close by everything and it’s still very quiet and peaceful! You have to stay here.

The loft is an excellent location!! The brewery downstairs is a great place to try new beers and also get something to eat, nice menu. Washer & Dryer in unit is a big plus since we try to travel lighter. Loft has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would recommend.

Second time staying here for baseball…great location (1.5 blocks to the beach)…great restaurants all within walking distance…7 minute drive to Ripken Baseball facility…this place is a gem!

Kyle was very responsive and accommodating. The loft was the perfect location for staying at Myrtle Beach. We were just a very short walk away from the beach yet still had parking right behind the building and a washer and dryer in the unit which you won’t get with a hotel. The brewery below had delicious food and amazing beer. Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend!

I throughly enjoyed my stay and most importantly I felt safe. The Airbnb is near literally everything and it was the perfect location. You can hear some of the neighbors sometimes but it wasn’t terrible. I would definitely book again!

This was the PERFECT place for my weekend getaway. You have private parking so you won’t have to worry about using a parking garage. Not only that but you’re a minute walk to the beach/boardwalk & you’re surrounded by LOTS & i mean LOTS of things to eat. Kyle made it extremely easy to get into our airbnb & we had absolutely no problems with our stay. The walls are a little thin but during our 4 day stay we only had two incidents where we could hear our neighbors. The kitchen is filled with everything you need but you will have to buy more dish soap if your stay is longer along with your own hand soap. You’re right above a brewery as well but you can’t hear any of the commotion down there but you can go ahead & grab a drink or some food without leaving the entire building. My spouse and I absolutely loved our stay & do plan on returning in the summer at Kyle’s loft!

Was just browsing for a last min place to stay for the Carolina Country Music Festival. This place is literally right across the street. The host was always very responsive and responded back right away. This is truly a hidden gem in downtown Myrtle Beach. The place was spotless as well. Will deff be staying there again.

This place was so unique. Excellent workmanship and detail. Bedding, washer/dryer coffee. Awesome kitchen everything absolutely great. I will only stay here when I’m in Myrtle from now on. Had a horrible vacasa reservation, couldn’t stay there it was so bad And like a miracle we found this place. What a turnaround for our trip. Thank you The brewery downstairs was icing on the cake. Great breakfast spot right out the front door!

Loft looked just like the listing as posted. Super fun posh place to stay. It was very affordable and in my price range. Kyle was a great host and was super responsive and gave clear directions for check-in and check-out. It was very peaceful. He also gave recommendations to come back and for food at the brewery while we were there.

It was a spur of the moment, last minute book. The property manager was great to work with, place was clean when we arrived, it was close to the beach, plenty of shops around, and overall me and my fiancé enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book again in the future.
