We loved our stay at Kyles place. Everything looks just like the photos. Great sunrise view from the balcony. The cable service is pretty bad so bring your streaming device if you have one. Other than that we have zero complaints. Kyle responded to every question right away and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

I had a little trouble with the lock to get in the condo, but Kyle responded within 10 minutes and told me what to do. It was me and my operator error!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was great.The facility was very clean including the hot tubs and pools. The restaurant/bar had excellent food. Kyle was a good host.

Kyle was great to work with and very helpful. View from the condo was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Housekeeping was very under par. Kyle did help by waiving the cleaning fee and offering for housekeeping to come back. However, it was disappointing coming into vacation to an unclean condo. If the condo and linens get a good deep clean, this would be a wonderful location as we had a great time on the property despite the rainy weather.

This was our first time to NMB. It was just my husband and I. We really enjoyed being right on the beach. So many fun things to do within a few minutes drive. The place was clean, well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend!

Kyle’s place was just like the pictures. The bed was really comfortable and we loved all the condos amenities. The condo was really clean and there’s a lot of things to do around the condo. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony listening to the waves.

We loved our stay at Kyle’s place! It was clean, nicely decorated with a beach feel and the bed was comfortable! Our favorite part was sitting out on the balcony and listening to and watching the beautiful view of the ocean and being able to go right downstairs and walk out to the beach! Kyle quickly answered any questions we had! The building is more dated-looking and there were often waits for the elevators but Kyle’s place was updated and so nice inside! The location is great and bear lots of things to do and restaurants. We would stay again if we were ever in Myrtle Beach again!

Exactly as the pictures showed. Perfect view high above oceanfront. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The place has all the little extra things you may forget like little pouches of sunscreen, lotion, soap and shampoo etc. Plenty of pots and pans and stuff to cook with . It was well thought out and worth the money. Within a mile or two of anything you could want. Def recommend and would stay again. Very nice low key quiet area of town also.

Kyle's condo is lovely. He provided a lot of extras - soap, lotion, sunscreen, etc. There were lots of towels in the bathroom and the kitchen. It is decorated with a coastal theme. There was a restaurant located on the main floor of the building which was very convenient.

The place itself was great. One elevator had been recently replaced and was down. The other two elevators would take 10-15 minutes to respond to the ground floor. Gorgeous views!

Kyle was easy to work with. Condo was clean. The view of the ocean is spectacular. Other guests there were friendly and has a safe atmosphere.

While the property was outstanding, what impressed me the most was Kyle’s responsiveness to our requests and willingness to work with us. We were there for a funeral, had a minor situation, and what stood out was Kyle’s kindness and flexibility in working with us. Beautiful property, with gorgeous Oceanside views. Kyle also took care of important details; e.g., the bed was perfect, not too soft or hard, and there were plenty of soaps and shampoos in the bath area. Overall impressed and 5*****.

My family and I really enjoyed our Christmas vacation at Kyle's beautiful beachfront condo. Everything was very nice and clean. As you walk through the door you can smell the freshness throughout the place. Although it was extremely cold outside we still enjoyed the beautiful view every morning from the balcony looking at the gorgeous beach. Kyle was so kind and professional. Kyle always responded very quickly to any questions or concerns that we may had. I will definitely recommend Kyle's beautiful condo to anyone. Our family will also love to stay here again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach. ☺️

Nothing but good things to say about this unit! Perfect place if you are looking for a calming getaway right next to the ocean. Mini golf locations just minutes away from the unit and lots of restaurants. I especially loved how this unit had basic kitchenware since I have a gluten allergy and cannot go out to eat to just any restaurant. Would definitely recommend this unit to family and friends!

Kyle’s place was as described and he was super responsive and helpful throughout the stay! Great place at the beach, further from the North Myrtle boardwalk than I realized but plenty to do within a 15 min Uber ride. Beautiful balcony view and umbrella and chair service available right in front of the resort.

I could not thank Kyle enough for getting this room cleaned for us, we actually had reservations somewhere else that was horrible and at the last minute we needed to switch we contacted him the room actually was not available but he made it available and got someone in to clean right away. My daughter and I were so grateful! very clean, just as pictured had a wonderful time. thanks for saving our trip!

Kyle’s condo was clean and decorated tastefully. It looks just like the pictures. He was quick to respond to any questions we had. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. Ocean view from the balcony was perfect for enjoying coffee and breakfast. Would stay again.

Kyle was a wonderful host! Extremely responsive to all questions and kind. The condo was exactly as pictured and roomier than anticipated for our small family. Beach access was great! The only caveat we found was parking is not attached to the building and I did not read that in the listing. While it is private parking for the Baywatch towers it’s a trek to load and unload. Wasn’t a huge deal but we have a small child and I’m halfway into a high risk pregnancy so it was a downside to us. Other than that, 10/10!

This was a great last minute stay to have an easy get away weekend. Check in was so easy and we knew Kyle was available to answer any questions we may have. We had ZERO issues. I recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for making our first Airbnb experience amazing. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Baywatch Resort. The views from the 11th floor are pretty amazing. Well worth the price we paid for our extended vacation. Kyle was very quick to respond to any questions that we had.

The condo was perfect! Only problems I encountered was the elevator was broken one night (11 flights of stairs was rough!) and the extreme smell of Marijuana in the hallways outside the condo. But all and all a great place to stay

It was extremely difficult to check in. We had no information about what we needed to do to get into the condo. We were not given the codes to get into the condo or the parking garage. It was so stressful. We were afraid we were not going to have our vacation.

This condo is clean and perfect for a weekend retreat. Love that the doors close so when my son was in the living room, we could close off our door to the bedroom for privacy. Balcony was nice but there were some smokers on other floors. I think that is everywhere now so don't hold it against this adorable nest. Thursday night was loud in the building, ~~all night. Building pipes noise is real as listed in other comments. Toilet is loud like listed in other comments but we just closed the door. The room is beautiful and well stocked; other than a KEURIG. Get this room a Keurig please. We made do opening our pods and ordered starbucks one morning. Kitchen is well stocked otherwise and I did cook daily. People were friendly family fun during a busy time and the water was perfection. Would stay again but too small for more than my 10 year old. Check in and check out was easy. Parking and getting in and out of car with luggage was doable but be patient. Thank you. :)
