Located in a Historic building so there is no elevator, guests must use stairs.

I enjoyed my stay here. Came in to visit my daughter at CCU. Short drive to campus. Loved this location! Right downtown, walkable to cute local shops and restaurants! The place matched the description and pics and had everything we needed. Host was responsive and flexible which was much appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!

Good second floor walk up apartment. Easy access. Convenient downtown location. Tidy. Clean. Comfortable. The ID verification process prior to staying is a bit cumbersome and annoying. (and I’ve never had to do that before for any AirBnB stay). And the walls are thin. You can hear the upstairs neighbor and all the cars that drive by. A little white noise can cancel it out.

It’s a very nice place in a great location. Access is very easy with coded doors. Climate control is great and specific to rooms so that is very nice. The single downfall is if you have folks above you. You can hear the steps and movement of chairs etc so if you’re a good sleeper, not a problem. We would likely rent again if we could get the upper floor.

Everything was great - the location in downtown Conway is perfect, right within walking distance of so many great restaurants. Only minor critique is the use of HappyGuest in order to check in - its an arduous process requiring you to take pics of your license and a selfie, etc. Now, I will say that Kyle waived it for us but this should be waived for guests who have had a perfect rating in their time on this site. Overall, Kyle's place is awesome and absolutely worth staying in when near CCU or heading to the beach!

This property is very nice and conveniently located to Myrtle Beach while being in the nice downtown of Conway. Kyle is very responsive and always makes sure everyone is comfortable. The place is really clean charming. I would definitely recommend.

Kyle's place was just as shown in the pictures provided and he communicated and responded well to any questions or concerns I had. Given the time that we stayed it was a great value for the money paid. We choose the location because we thought it would be quiet compared to some of the other properties since we would have to work remotely during our stay. However, it was a quite busy part of town with a lot of outside noise through our stay. In addition, the unit above us was loud and at times felt they were in the same room with us or dragging furniture across the room. As long as you are are not looking for a quiet vacation spot, I doubt you will have any complaints. We would stay again if we were visiting under different circumstances.

We were in town for our baseball series vs Coastal Carolina. The drive was 7-10 minutes. We loved being in Conway. The restaurants and bars were all great. The shops were welcoming and all were good to give suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed Rivertown Bistro, Carolina Provisions & Cheeses, Trestle for Brunch, Grouchos Sandwich Shop, Hop n Wich was some beers and Crafty Rooster stays open later so we enjoyed some music and drinks there.... we didn't get by Crooked Oak but went in to check it out - literally right out door to left, Bonfire on the river looked super cool Saturday - we walked down to the Farmers Market and on the River trail, Kainan Filipino Eatery (my husband said it was great). There was a play going on at the theater so that was a cool vibe on that street with the theater goers. We drove into Myrtle Beach one day for lunch and it was fine but I would say srvice and food quality WAY BETTER in Conway. The unit is very clean and nice.

Great location. Easy parking and check in. External noises in building are very loud; could hear EVERYTHING neighbors were doing and construction outside began early mornings
