Do not hesitate to book this property!! Great area…close to so much! Walking distance to the beach. I was concerned that it might be loud being above a brewery and I can say it is so quiet!!! Also, Kyle is so quick to respond to any questions! You will not regret your stay!

The Loft was great and a perfect size for my family of 5. It was such a beautiful space, directly upstairs from a brewery and within walking distance to the beach. The location was perfect with so much to do nearby. My teenagers loved the pinball machines downstairs and found they often played games just before bed time. Highly recommended! Also, a Brazilian restaurant located next door (Boceto VIP) was perfect. Great food, amazing staff, chill vibes, and the drinks were perfect. Definitely recommend stopping by if staying at the Lofts!

The apartment was very well kept, clean, & organized. Kyle made sure that everything was ready for us when we arrived. The location is within walking distance from nearby bars & restaurants without being in the middle of the hustle & bustle. I’d recommend that anyone who wants to stay at a quiet location near the fun features of Myrtle Beach to stay at Kyle’s apartment. 🙂

Good communication, cute loft, and good location. A lot to do in the area but most of it was closed or very slow due to the time we went (January). Looking forward to going in the summer and would stay here again.

The loft was incredible. The kitchen was great and the beds were comfortable. The location is a 5 minute walk to the beach. The brewery is really has really good beer and good friendly service. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Kyle! Kelley (family of 4)

Our girls trip was perfect! This was such a wonderful place to stay! I loved being able to walk down stairs to grab yummy food & beer as well! Will recommend to everyone we know and will definitely be back!

Go to Myrtle every year at this time and have stay at the Grand Strand Lofts three years on a row. Will continue to stay here as its great location.

An INCREDBILE DEAL for 3 nights! The spot was amazing and the staff in Grand Strand were helpful when we had questions. Had one little problem come up, but Kyle was fast and helpful with his responses. Space was SUPER clean, larger than expected and very easy to access in and out. Would definitely book this spot again!

Great host. Great apartment. Fun brewery downstairs with good beer and a nice staff. Cool neighborhood that's walkable to the beach but also a little bit outside the boardwalk / tourists etc. Would recommend and would stay again!

From now on this is the only place I’ll book in Myrtle beach! Really couldn’t be any happier with the location the prefect location for sure. The environment of the surroundings areas is perfect for anyone who want to visit Myrtle beach!

This is a very classy place. Everything was well thought out. The owner of this accommodation was meticulous in providing everything you would need to feel right at home. 5 stars I can’t wait to return. I can’t say enough about Kyle our host. The focus he has on making sure your requests and inquiries are a priority makes you feel like your vacation matters as much to him as it does to your own family. This guy is on top of his game.
